I’m interested in buying or building a sauna for my home after listening to a podcast on Dr. Rhonda Patrick’s site. I want to make sure I buy or build a sauna that will get up to 165-200 degrees. Do you have any information on reliable brands or brands that don’t reach those temperatures? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
